Like a certain other aircraft I won't mention (and no .. it doesn't start with Air....) I just never get tired of the C-130. It looks good from any angle, but I must say the head-on is always *incredible*. I love the way you composed the sky to match the prop tips laugh.gif

Just clearing the coast at 3000ft off New Brighton after taking off from runway 02 at Christchurch airport.

CT-4E Airtrainer, Christchurch photoreal with the updated autogen and of course VLC in the far background.

A lot of tough competition this month!

My first entry in a few months, but I'm back. biggrin.gif

A flight of an RNZAF C-130, 757-200, and a P-3 (repaint courtesy of oldcitypainter), shot from the back of a C-130 over Lake Hawea, South Island.

Couldnt let an opportunity like this go by without a pic of the mighty 727 (being an airliner fan and all), so here is.. biggrin.gif

For some reason, I'm not a great tri-jet fan. The only old rear-mounted types I've liked were the VC10 or Caravelle. However - I *do* like that CS 727 - and it's a stunning shot of it! thumbup1.gif.
