Well I've taken the plunge, it looks fantastic.

Releases go like this:
Stage 1: Release Avro RJ70, RJ85 and RJ100 for FS9 only
Stage 2: Release Avro RJ70, RJ85 and RJ100 for FSX (free update around August)
Stage 3: Release BAe146-100, -200 and -300 for FS9 and FSX (free update end of 2012)

And of course I can't wait for Christmas!
I fondly remember a great holiday starting with NZAA-NZCH on an Ansett 146-200.

Be interested to hear your views on it. Perhaps a review?

Thanks Dean , I had my last flight on a Ansett 146 2001 , heading back after an OE was the most memorable from Auckland to Christchurch , weather for the many passengers was ideal , many Europeans on board , course i had a Window seat .. one pretty Germany girl sat beside me and asked .. (whoops) .. from here the others on the flight sorta found an on board tourist guide direction for photos , cabin staff were more than happy to accommodate , happen to know them all ( the girls were on the indoor netball team) winkyy.gif

Must be a moral in this story .. here we go - Just shows you how good Nav charts where even for FS2000 , course early Christchurch was in development so i had a very good no exactly mapping and position wise .

Today love to return to this and redo that flight but now in FSX .. best i get a few ex 146 drivers around for an evening . cool.gif

Ian, this is now possible, Here is the Paint kit. I know, in New Zealand we have a lot of qualified repainters.

I have FS X and FSA 2004 in use. It is not risky for me to buy the FS 2004-Version because You get the FSX-Version and the older Avro 146´s as free update!

Well, meanwhile all european aircraft of this type are in the next 3 years out of business. They going often to Africa, Latin America and CIS-counties. Time to look at a chance to fly with them, before it is to late... SAS, Air Baltic, Air Malta have this aircraft not longer. Azzurra Airlines is bankrupt. Lufthansa Regional sell this type to Mongolia and Uzbekistan. For Swiss, Brussels Airline and Cityjet the new cnadian CS-Series is the new aircraft, Atlantic Airlines optet for Airbus A 319...
