Charl , I have this book on my self and come to think of it I brought second copy from a link i think Bazza sent me , second hand off course and was donated for a screenie competition prize .

Yes this is a worthwhile read in my opinion. I came across it quite a few years back but with this link I think that I will be reading it again. Thanks for the heads up Charl

Bugger .. always thinking military .. that said , if Cliff was not a tester .. and has not got the model , i think I /we will have to find out ... if he dose not have it we , a group would have to buy it for and his belated Birthday ! which by my fault i missed .. a Dollar each .. nah hang on ... The link doesn't work. I guess I'll have to do it by hand! Good to see my log in still works. I still keep interested in FS and real world aviation even though I don't post much anymore.

Real world is in the way. I'll have more time once kids are grown just a wee bit more and badly needed maintenance on all my broken down machines are done. Today the lawnmower has pushed itself to the front of the queue.

Good to see some familiar faces here and a whole heap of new ones. This place has grown like my lawns. \m/

I believe posting the e-book at flightsim, together with a link to the FS9 model, is a strong nudge to Have A Go.
While I'm not about to sit for 11 hour stretches white-knuckled in fog, I thought I'd look in here and there.

My Channel crossing took me perhaps a little north of track, over the beach at Dunkirque, courtesy of France VFR



What a funny little aeroplane to attempt such a huge trip...

Nice screen Charl , gets to the Russian border and everything had to transported across that country , i did noticed the d/loads at Flight.com couple days back

Thanks Ian... yes he got revenge when a Russian airliner had to wait 30 minutes for him on the ramp, to finish his pre-flight!

Cliff also talked about not being able to see the starboard wing, well here's the reason.



The tank also helped gravity feed in extreme conditions!

The flightsim model is a little dated now, but you know what? it adds to the feel of getting the job done with a bit of #8 wire.

Hope they have Cliff beta testing that model over at Orbx site .. he'd no more about it than anyone else i would think .... not to many of these about
