With this photo of the Mossie , the One that keeps popping into my mind and there abouts not showing is the ground fire coming up and the light flak .. that photo could be so real time WWII in France or Belgium ... So COOL cool.gif

Great pics Ham , amazing to think they hummed and harr'd about it ... only for one to come out and say " we don't need your precious metals, we only need a couple off engines"

laugh.gif That little ME-108 ripping around chattering is almost embarrassing ... and obvious GBs51 had the throttle only half open during the mock combat ... then just to tease us with the Mossie .. we can see you put the camera down to view it only with your eyeballs ... sometimes the camera has to take second place and use your eyeballs for a change for the real thing smile.gif

Had Greg stop here this afternoon , he saw it and sounds like it was the L-29 Delfin - more due to the noise .. no twin engine so that takes that out of the equation .. the hardpoints on the wings Greg mentioned the UC down so due to its squat layout more than like what it was .. being smokey as well being a clue .

biggrin.gif Funny was how Greg described it , thinking it a ATR or Dash8 only the hear it to look upward ..slap on the brakes on and look up again biggrin.gif

Talking about T tailed aircraft .. you would almost think those Dash8 are jockying for a race down the runway rolleyes.gif
