I do like that black and white , i'll check my local news agent this morning , need a bit of shopping ... straight past the food shop and directly into the book shop .... Dangerous for me tongue.gif

ohmy.gif WICKED! , my choice is directed at that photo No.3 .... now i wonder if i should pull an old pen drawing i did 20 30 years back .. now if only that photo aircraft had a smoke system on board ... we could have easily stepped back into time cool.gif

Another superb viewing .. good to see both hands on the stick as he weaves ... now .. With the last Wright bro dying in 1948 .. wonder if he ever got his chance to fly in this wooden wonder

That is some great footage by Scott. He used a Bonanza as a camera ship wcich was good as he could sit out of the breeze but was a bit slow so flap etc was needed.
I think 155 knots was the top speed with that big door missing.
We flew at 190 knots minimum in the Trojan as it gave the Mossie more options if an engine did fail which was unlikely but you never know.

The footage below was shot from a helicopter during the flight where the Spitfire was the camera ship.
Great keepsake.

It is great to have so much great video coverage of the aeroplane.

Flightpath TV had this camera mounted on the tail when I went for a fly in it with Keith and here is a still from that flight.
