Yeah its not a bad replacement for the F27 in the mean time. I bought the original VirtualCol FS9/FSX release last year some time, so after seeing this went for the $8euro upgrade but not worth it really.
It is very basic, inside and out. the VC and gauges are pretty nasty, and the 2D panel isnt super detailed either. You get what you pay for, but until the McPhat one comes out it's worth the small investment I'd say

I was a bit disappointed when I contacted the VirtualCol guys to get the repaint kit and they wouldn't release it for some reason, they kept asking what F50 liveries were missing, I wanted to paint some ANZ/Teal/NZ-post/Airwork F27 style liveries. Maybe they would do them if we sent some pics or reference shots to them?

What about a hand paint ?.. copy a cfg.file and go from there .. is it possible to paint out windows or are they built in the model ? .... think .. with a good photo which i have from Andrew "SA227" you could have a near retro re-powered F-27 ! ohmy.gif

Yeah thought about it but hand-paints usually suck aye. There's no way to get the detail and dirt and rivets and underlying texture if you dont have the original layers to begin with.

For starters dose the model have built in cabin windows ? ..... .. with CS6/5.5 the paint can be redone and for further detail use photo

Not worth the effort if they would provide the layered paint kit. Might just flick them another email
