The problem is part of the VC panel has a different background that depicts clouds or similar. Obviously I have a problem with graphics , or there is a problem with the code, or BMP file.
Windows 7 64 bit, lots o ram etc.
I can't seem to fix the problem after chasing around different screen sizes, un-install and reinstall etc etc. Can't find any info on the net about it...Soo, has anybody got any idea how to fix it.

Hmm, Fixed it.. deleted it from Hangar! No more worries :-)
