Hi Everyone
I recently added Napier Airport made by Snowman and it looks great.
I want to extend the main runway to about 1750 meters which is its current length.
I am using ADE 9X. Everytime I lengthen the runway in the bgl file and go to compile it, the programe comes up with a error message.
Before I installed this airport, I had to download the complete FSX Static Objects Library and VLC (Vector Land Class) NZ Objects Library.
The Airport is great but I just want to lengthen the runway 1750 meters to make it more usable for the PMDG 737ngx.
CAN ANYONE HELP A EX PAT KIWI New_Zealand_etc.gif
BTW; How are the Kina and Paua tongue.gif

Napier gets its fair share of BizJets and Air Force stuff. Used to have Chathams Air drop in with their Convairs and Metroliners too. Eagle Air (not currently), Sun Air, Vincent and Airwork have also been regulars there on and off. See...

Yes. in the late 80s there was a 737 flight fromnn Christchurch to Auckland via napier. it did not go for long because it was uneconomical due to aircraft weight restrictions due to runway length. I was living in Hadtings when this service was running.

Yeah I live in Napier, under the approach path to the airport infact. The main aeroplanes are ATR-72's and the Q-300's. Seen a couple of Piper Tomahawks from Air HB, RNZAF C-130, and something similar to a Cessna Citation XL and a Beechcraft Baron.

yeah but none of those aircraft would require a longer runway
