Looks like you need to pull your power levers into the climb gate. That LVR CLB annunciator on your PFD starts to flash that as you pass 1500' typically (although you can change that in the FMS init pages) to indicate that you should reduce from takeoff/GA power to climb power. Retard the throttles slightly and you should hear a clunk noise as they drop into the climb 'gate'. Once you in the cruise pull them back a bit further into the CRZ gate.
