Require a month for most to get your head around a publication and that's handing a chapter for every chapter to a person to read it understand it , procurement building and strategic plan changes as much as what you have in your wallet , a lot is current knowledge and due to the north only speculation , strange to see the revision to CVN-21 where it was half pie agreed to to continue the traditional build number , lot of this info is many years old , decade plus ..... still handy for people who don't follow this sort of thing and may give a few some insight .
