simMarket problem

A place to converse about the general aspects of flight simulation in New Zealand

I recently (2 days ago) went and re purchased the LamaX from these guys. Ive had it before (a long time ago) , but due to changes of email and IP's, i could'nt find my old details ...... so i pay the 29 something euro's ....which they took , and now no download! The link they gave me is dead.
I contacted the maker .... who directed me back to sim Market. Did the ticket thing with all the details .... no reply , no download .
This really gets me grumpy .... take your money , no problem ... but if there is a problem , NOTHING!

Tried again about 30 mins ago .... this time im asked to select a non loaded server ...... that link wont work angry.gif

If your going to sell something , at least provide some form of back up .... otherwise its nothing less than theft.

EDIT: I retract the above ..... Ive just got a link that works (but still no reason for the delay)

Marty, of them all, I rate Sim Market tops.
I rarely buy anywhere else in fact.
I've never had an issue with them: Choose, Checkout, Download, easy as.
Cookie problem, perhaps?

I may have been a little harsh Charl ..... its downloading now , may have been a server problem.

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Good to hear you got some working links Marty.
I'd also back up SimMarket, I buy a lot of stuff through them and haven't had any issues at all over the years.
