As we approach the middle of the final weeks of winter, what better place than the centre of New Zealand ... Nelson! Being the 6th biggest airport in 2011, averaging 80 aircraft movements each day and hosts various aircrafts such as the ATR72, B1900D (only during peak!) and the Q300 (though I am sure a Q400 will do!)
If you enjoyed the controlling at Queenstown, Dunedin and Invercargill last month, then you will be pleased to hear like those three, Nelson is also procedural - one lucky controller rated S3 or higher will bring you safley to the ground.
Come fly into the centre of New Zealand, as always an route or aircraft you want to fly is welcome!
