6) This month's theme: "T Tails" Screenshot to include a bit of land and ocean in the same image (Please state Aircraft details and over what part of New Zealand the image was taken)
'Nuff said.
I take your point Mike but that would mean all the shots would have to take place along the coast line and would rule out anyone from flying in inland areas away from the coast
There has also need suggestions to ad showing some recognized areas of NZ in your image, but I think it is best to leave the rules as they are now the simpler they are the better
If the theme for a competition requires anything other than what we have now it will be stipulated in rule 6

For me, it's a screenshot comp, and I will think up a 'good shot', within the rules. I make sure mine include an identifiable part of the NZ scenery.
I do not try to enhance my shots. The most I will do is trim off unwanted text, and resize/resample using IrfanView, to meet the forum requirements.
The comp is a lot of fun, and I enjoy being in it - but if there's rules for each month, well, them's regulations.
Up until last month , I had an unblemished record - not one vote; and only one failure in the winner I voted for.Two people voted for my pic, so I must be learning.
Thing is, you need a pic which will make a good banner, and not many entrants and voters remember that.

You should complain I think I have only had 1 vote in the last 4 or 5 comps maybe I need to lift my game a bitor make up a theme that I can win
mind you I suppose I haven't done to bad I have had a couple over the last couple of years

Looks like you have been playing with prop textures........... Now city name .. we have the original 'Wobblyville' you with your "Wobblington"... maybe with the traffic congestion problems in your neck of the woods they should the city "Walkland" that would make the NZ a real WWW.com - unity .

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'
