Just for something different, some X-Plane 10 screenshots from my Ubuntu GNU/Linux PC (i7 & GTX660):
All scenery is free although there's a payware aircraft or two here

Great screens but i really hate THUMBNAILS! ... rather just pan down and view and pan back up

all that scenery is default, free from X-Plane.org or my own work although, this is on Linux and I drape orthophotos straight in from Google, with GIS land classes and vectors for roads, power lines and shelter belts from Open Street Maps and LINZ, only some planes are payware :-)

That does look pretty good - especially Rotorua. Queenstown township looks to be missing though?

Are there any NZ repaints available for the Carenado X Plane aircraft?

Nicely captured images. X-Plane 10 is now outselling FSX around here quite easily... So I would expect to see more XP10 screens in the future tongue.gif

I have noticed a huge batch of scenery and aircraft recent at Flightsimcom , my Brother in Australia was going to send me his copy , maybe he's decided best he keeps his hot little fingers on it .
