Missing Military AI aircraft poll

Discuss aircraft addons and repaints for Flight Simulator here

Postby gsnde » Sun Nov 24, 2013 7:39 am

Not sure if you ever noticed the "Most missed Military AI Aircraft Poll" that I am running at The Owl's Nest.

Because many models are meanwhile available and others are officially announced, I have added an appropriate remark to their names. Furthermore I took the chance and added all those aircraft you have asked me to add. The list now contains many new exotic and exciting models.

If you want to have a peek which AI aircraft are inbound or want to make your vote, I welcome you to the poll. You can vote more than once in order to support different models.
Cheers,
Martin

Sorry Martin , no point ticking one or two , I'll just take the lot , after running the John Young Vulcan AI package to which i was so impressed , you missed a few tho , the 'Shorts' flying boats that would be an interesting package on the Waitemata Harbour both for the civil and military boats smile.gif but off course the Short Stirling would make for an interesting set as well .

Ian, this poll is user triggered smile.gif

I would just add the delta between my Military Aircraft Reference and the Military AI Reference.
Believe it or not - John and I have discussed flying boats 3 days ago. We should have some beer between three three of us.

I will gladly add the whole bunch of Shorts, Boeing, Dornier, Kawanishi etc.
Cheers,
Martin

Why push the B-52 anymore, Ian? She has ruled that list since the poll was created years ago. Only now that Mike Pearson is through with her, and with his usual thoroughness she has gone down to place two.

Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 1 - B-52B/C/E and RB-52B
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 2 - B-52F
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 3 - B-52D
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 4 - B-52G (1957-1973)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 4 & Part 5 - SP1 Texture Fix
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 5 - B-52G (1973-1986)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 6 - B-52H (1960-1973)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 7 - B-52G (1974-1986)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 8 - B-52G (1991 Gulf War)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 9 - B-52G (1987-1990)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 10 - B-52G (1992-1994)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 11 - B-52H (1987-1991)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 12 - B-52G (1992-2000)
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress USAF Part 9, 10 , 11 & 12 - SP2 XML Fix

I know that there are still a few very nice B-52 surprises in his laaaarge bag... ninja.gif
Cheers,
Martin

I love books, and whenever there is a choice I prefer them over the digital counterpart, Ian.

You can find the links to Mike's B-52 packages in my Military AI Reference. With over 2.600 listings you should find most of the models, paints and flight plans that are around, all with download links.

By the way - regarding the P-2 Neptune we talked about... good news here. Jaap de Barre is about to release a new version with more LODs and animations. I have the paint kit.

Is there any painter around who would do the RAAF paints?
Cheers,
Martin

Ideal for the budding newbie painter , i'm guessing it would be only one texture sheet making it so easy .

Right! If this painter is here - newbie or pro - I would be very happy. Please PM me...
Cheers,
Martin
