John Young - Hispano Aviacion HA-1112 Buchon

Sometimes it needs more than one go. I worked with the Buchon several times and never liked the results. But today everything was working out perfectly. What a beautiful aircraft John has made. Even if you normally don't follow the link to the Gallery, I suggest that this time you do. The set consists of 27 pictures, and I think they are pretty good.

As mentioned in another post, this one comes with a traffic file for Duxford - what a show that is now!

But Martin I note you are hand flying this in P3D, very interesting to see.

Hi Charl,

You are a very good observer, and still what you see is true AI movement. P3D behaves differently than FSX in one regard as I just found out. If in FSX an AI flies into a mountain (which happened countless times for me) it would either reappear after ~5 seconds max if the mountain would lower again or it would vanish from the sim. Not so in P3D. The AI struggles until it comes free. And as you can see sometimes it appears with quite a steep flight envelope.

I have not tested it in fact, but if you believe what the AI developers say it is close to impossible to fly these AI aircraft in any controlled manner.

A Happy New Year to all people at this friendly place here smile.gif
Cheers,
Martin

Not yet done, Ian sad.gif

May I take your comment as a request to add them to the Most Missing AI Poll? I vote cast a vote for them for sure.....
Cheers,
Martin
