Ive just got my man cave sorted , and Ive found that i have a double up on a book . Its called "I flew for the Fuhrer " by one Heinz Knoke .
Really good read , its in good condition (cover a bit tatty) for its age (1954) a real insight into the otherside of WW2 .
pm me , and I'll get it away (post free) .

Cheers Marty, Strangely its a book "I flew for the Fuhrer " that has been a reference to many others and recent books I have brought and these are brand new releases so i'm very much looking forward to comparing data and facts with this one, going back as far as 1954 ... the memories are still fresh and more honest, going to be a great read , Thanks Matey

I remember reading it as a High School boy, when it was hot off the press.

For some strange reason I can't remember a bloody thing about it....

Truly were I learned my drawing skills - School ... as strange as it is I meet a guy who loved my books with the work , one impressed him so much ... he was 15 defending Berlin in 1945, strange when i first started engineering he said to I'd be no good, I mistakenly mistook his company for the little factory to the side, turned out he was to be the most regular customer, years later I was the only person he'd go too for his work to be done, he met me first time when I was 15 , I was with that company for 27 plus years , every time Gunter visited always had time to stop and say hi , funny .. he was one person who talked to me about the war , were the others he would not talk about it .
