SimKit and TRC software

Hey guys.

Is anybody here familiar with SimKits or TRC software? We're having a few problems with our simulator at Cadets.

The issue is that there is still power being transmitted through the USB cables to the hubs that control the instrumentation, however when we power up the TRC software to link the instruments to FSX, well, it just spurts out a long error that none of us can understand, but it doesn't seem to be able to pick up or send any information to or from the instruments. If anybody is keen to help, I am willing to ring you at some point tomorrow and hopefully get an idea of where I'm at and what to do.
