hi guys, a couple of different visitors, first up two kc-10 extenders, got pics of both see below





and this, don't know what this is, picking something Russian, but again, anyone want to shed some light







and then a Fokker, one of the usual visitors we get, in fact see Fokkers almost every few hours



and then to finish, us kiwis are everywhere here, even taking over the parking

Well what da ya No! RUSSIAN ! laugh.gif .. an old Douglas DC-8 Super 73 ... light shedder here biggrin.gif , model incoming very shortly for FSX and P3D .. next month or so at a guess ohmy.gif

thanks ian, confirmed just what i was thinking, it is a Peruvian airlines dc8-73 chartered to heavylift at first blush i thought it was a 707.

lucky me that i drive past that way every day for work, sometimes hard to get pics though, these pics were taking on my Samsung phone

I would loved you Jas if you got closeup of one off those engine nacelles, the DC-8 , be handy for future reference... directly side on, guess its not there now ?

sorry Ian, i just cannot get an angle to get a good side on shot, will keep an eye out and if it gets moved i will pounce for you.

the Galaxy S4 phone camera is great, almost as good as my canon EOS, it is hard to get steady shots when it is a big zoom levels, but it is perfect for the quick snap whilst passing though

Its OB-2059-P! For now she is back in South America for maintenance having crossed the Pacific from Brisbane via Nauru, Pago Pago and Papeete on 11 June.
