This is Strike Fighters 2: Israel. It's a pretty enjoyable combat flight simulator by Thirdwire Productions. It's a lighter simulation (not a systems simulation) but there are some fairly realistic aspects to it.
Pictured here is the end result of a close air support mission against tanks using Rockeye cluster bombs.
