Certainly was fun, and hopefully we'll have even more members join in for the future! A flight of shared-cockpit L-39s certainly would be interesting.

Does everyone have to fly the same type? Can you not have, say, an F111, a Mirage G8 and a TSR-2, crossing the coast near Wanganui in line abreast at 200kts and FL120, then open the throttles and see who gets to B of P first? drool.gif

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

You sure can fly different types though if you want everyone to see the correct aircraft you would need to make sure that you pick aircraft that are common to each person.

General thumb ups and rule is one to have the company product, also good for the other who can see you as the type joining , this also go's the same with scenery, everyone on the same level.

Id only go GA for example : was it an A2A Piper or Cessna, I do have all three payware the F-111s, so to get great screens least I can give an option if running a MP, defaults can get interesting , the DC-3 is coming into its own with Manfred Jahn's making it a lotta fun.

Some MPs seen kids jump in with rocket powered hang gliders, don't want that , we try and compromise, aircraft carrier mode ... that's is handy for MPs with Bruce Fitzgerald's CV6 , well proven but every one has to install the model and one has to drive it ... the rest required the model type.

Yep, everyone has to have the same aircraft and preferably the same repaint (if using third party repaints) as well. Also, it's worth taking note of what scenery is installed so other players show up on the ground properly.

EDIT: Looks like we posted at the exact same time.

Paul , ya boys can be your co-pilots , Gav missed due other things and only catching up .. be great to try this out again !

Couldn't agree more, Ian - but I was thinking more along the lines of direct comparison testing, to see which 'brand' had the most accurate FDE for the type modelled.

The F111 would be interesting , Virtavia brand with the Just Flight and GKS swinger .. I have all three .. biggest thing is the latter two may have issues due to complexity and the other major issue is ....... How many here have the General Dynamics Aardvark - least to say all three versions ? unsure.gif
