Sorry guys I wont be able to make it on Saturday got the son and a couple of grandkids coming around to help finish unpacking and shift a few things around and Saturday evening we have a BBQ arranged for all the helper that joined in and help in the big move.

Ian...

..is the connection as simple as connecting to the IP Address,(which you could publish), in FSX Multiplayer, , so that it works the same as it does in "FS Host" for Multiplayer using "FS Host Client" for the FSX connection?

In other words, can I just enter your IP Address at any time, connect, and observe who is on line, and see their location using Plan-G and/or FS Tramp radar maps, to use Multiplayer?

Is your IP Address available for permanent Multiplayer connection, to use at any time, 24/7/365, like the FS Host Servers...or only when you have your computer switched on?

(You switch your computer off..and the connection is lost?).

I've got used to using the "FS Host" Servers, INSpire, etc, 24/7/365, for all my/our FS 2002, FS 2004, and FS FSX Multiplayer activities, for so many years!...

Yes as simple as getting my IP address , the good thing this would work with a FS9/FS2004 setup , been i while .. 8/9 years since I played with FSHost , it is just as simple from what i recall
, we could give it a try tomorrow some time , best that suit you for a join and you can teach me to help others to connect .

I am sick of moving stuff around but it has to be done and the sooner I get it finished the sooner I can get back to working on Westport and Karamea.
