MilViz F-4 Opinions

Discuss aircraft addons and repaints for Flight Simulator here

Postby SeanTK » Wed Jul 16, 2014 11:24 am

Just wondering if it's worth purchasing the Milviz F-4 Phantom at this point. To those who have it, is it worth it?
I'm a fan of aircraft of this era, and I've been on a combat aircraft kick lately....so....what do you think?
Understanding that it's a beta which will hopefully be completed one day....a bit wary on that admittedly due to other experiences with other companies, but they seem to have a good track record so far.

Sean , no hesitation from me, this is one type that impress's the hell out of me since the Vietnam war .. all that news footage, after playing around with the Milviz T-38 , the Phantom was a no brainer for me, its nice to follow the builds, many don't like that but the detail both in cockpit and externally is incredible, both carrier landing and plopping it down on the tarmac.

Apologies for bringing up an old thread. Is it out of beta yet? I'm thinking about getting it to satisfy my F4 fix in the meantime.

It is going to be a real goodie, many of the systems don't work at the mo - the good thing is you get it cheaper and if you find something you can report it .... example one wheel is looked up at the moment ... internal textures are superb

Currently its all Paypal, think it maybe due to it being still in the build mode ... that's a thought there as well they only go vendors weeks after completion.

It is well worth the moneys .. Phantoms .. this one holds its head well above the Cloud9, tho it is the E variant in the cockpit most won't not the difference, the K's were different with circuit boards and placings .. but generally its like any other type were its gone to another countries airforce with specific requirements , .... best part is going thru the design stages ... course you also get it cheaper.
