"Summit rescue" TrustPower Tect AS350 Squirrel based at Tauranga Hospital. Cardiac arrests on the summit of Mount Maunganui are not uncommon, especially amongst overseas tourists who do not understand that the climb from the beach front to the top is extremely tough going.

biggrin.gif , I'm not sure if this is the type that displayed last time I was up at the Tauranga Airshow 6/7 years back, looks close to it , as small as it is, it could really scoot along ! something like 410 MPH was mentioned, these are the types of plane I really no nothing about.... now that's fishy.

RAAF F-18 on high speed exercise over Nelson Lakes National Park area. I saw something similar once when driving back from Nelson so thought I should recreate the excitement that I experienced!
