...at zero feet AGL!...(most of the time)... laugh.gif ...!

Yeah , there was a damn good documentary done by the BAe Hawks chief test pilot Duncan Simpson I recall, explaining exactly what he was doing and you could here the stress in voice as he is rolling up and over twisting, spinning it and trying to bend it all in one, the doco was released around 1984? , be interesting to see if it has got out on Utube
