ILS information

I have the 'Fly Tampa St Maarten' installed and I also have an addon for the same area
which has a fictitious ILS of 110.10 included but the addon is for FS9 and will not work in my system as a stand alone install
Is there anyway I can get the ILS into my installed St Maarten and if so, what am I looking for and where would I start????
I would love to have ILS available if possible and thought that if anyone can help it would be through NZFSF!

You can install your own ILS anywhere using Airport Design Editor.
You can find it here.
