Ted Wolfgang has a new video up at SOH giving all the audio you can handle of those four R4350's. This is going to be another masterpiece from Manfred and his gang.

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

One thing I can say, listen to that sound set, it is so reminiscent to the 'Connie' on takeoff and all areas shown in those videos, even the the flypast course the shutdown, very similar engine with both near the same HP .. this one the P&W and Connie a Wright turbo compound but after listening to the latter many times guess they pretty sound the same.

The rumblings on SOH are that the issue will be the VC, cant use the A2A (not allowed) and the same problem with the old C-47 or DC-3 panel, lack of good team to do gauges and VC stuff, so it might be awhile I know Manfred is working on it and it is virtually finished bar the VC stuff, and that might be a while.

The sound package can be simply used if you own the A2A , this model is super highly recommend if you really want to test yourself .
