No it is set that way so members can not see who are getting the votes and it doesn't influence any one to vote in any special way.
We had a discussion on it and that is the way members preferred to have it set up.

Ian's a screenshot forum moderator, so it makes sense that they can see the results.

As you are one of the mods for the screenshot you can see the results
The only ones that can see are the screenshot mods and all the admin.
