I try to avoid anything that comes from a cow .... and water , it rusts pipes and fish mate in it.
I'm almost a vegan , sticking with the byproducts of malt , hops, grapes and juniper berry's cool.gif

Nice as it is it is loaded with sugar. In fact more than a can of Coke. It has 34 grams of sugar (8 teaspoons) versus 32 for Coke according to Wendle Nissan or what ever her name is from the Herald.
Why chocolate milk would need that much sugar beats me but don't think because it's milk it must be good for you.
Can you imagine putting 8 teaspoons of sugar in your mug of coffee? Type 2 here we come!

Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

". It has 34 teaspoons of sugar versus 32 for Coke" ohmy.gif .... no wonder the kid went to FL whatever.
I have flatmates who drink V by the gallon (some work within your field) ... I've told them its just caffeine with bubbles , but they "need" it ..... what a world we live in CP.
P.S , my reference to hops , juniper etc .... was tongue in cheek , although that maybe lost on the poster.

Yes, I wouldn't give that to my kids. And let's face it, grown men definitely shouldn't drink milk, and a lot of us have a digestive system which let's us know that -- dairy makes me fart.

I prefer my cow-related products in whopper burgers.

The local doctors surgery has a board on the wall with all the popular drinks and showing how much sugar is in each.
Rather than just state the quantity they have packets of sugar under each item showing exactly how much is in each one.
V is a big offender as is power aid sports drink. You would never deliberately "spoon" that much into any other drink you might make for yourself.
When my son was still in high school years ago he said the regular morning breakfast for most of his mates was a can of V and a meat pie....imagine trying to teach someone after that!
