Wow !!!! Didn't appreciate the size of that beast till I saw the dudes walking on top of the fuselage, incredible !!!

used to task one of these in East Timor in 2000 - aparrently it kept blowing over the local cows down at the APO there in Suai

Flying cows, even the Halo would blend in winkyy.gif , very surprised someone has not decide to do this one for Flight Sim.

Thanks for that Dean, did see that a whiles back, be nice to get something along the lines by Milviz or Nemeth group cool.gif ... maybe even with animated flying cows laugh.gif

Yeah. I buzzed around Mike's Waiheke in it yesterday. That model as downloaded doesn't have a sound pack (well, it's aliased to the default Sea King or something) so I've just aliased it to a Lotarev D-36 sound pack from Mike Maarse for now (different power plant but sounds similar to me, well closer that the other helo sound packs I have)

His stuff is on avsim and an index of other Russsian turbo-props of his follows:

Think due to rotor size and blades prob find the CH-54/Skycrane series closer for a sound package.
