The January comp has now closed

Post and comment on screen captures from the beautiful game here. Home of the monthly screenshot competition

Postby dbcunnz » Sun Jan 04, 2015 3:55 pm

The main purpose of the theme for each months comp is to give you guys something to work on and see who can use the theme to their best advantage and come up with the best scenario for that particular theme to create a good screenshot.

I know a lot deviate from the theme each month which is a little disappointing but I am not going to insist that it be adhered to exactly.

If members where to think of the theme and vote for the best screen shot that fits that months theme then maybe we wouldn't have so many deviating from the theme each month.

Edit: 737 on its way from Wellington to Christchurch.

Cheers, Paul, I took a stab, and knew that someone would correct me if I got it wrong. The windows looked kinda 320-ish to me.
(In that case it might not be heading to Christchurch, I did use the traffic tool to look for likely candidates, but I must have missed the one I was after.)

Thanks Marty
I also was doubting the theme, but so far I see some excellent screen shots.

I have no doubt you will come up with a cracker.

Regards
Bob

Too bad I don't have time to make another screenshot. Luckily I've been very productive in the weeks I've been home in terms of screenshots. So I've got a screenie lined up for almost every situation! Or that's what I like to think biggrin.gif

Here's a CH-53 Sea Stallion taking off from a carrier north of Auckland!

Warning: the video is full of Rafales, Super Etendards and E-2 Hawkeyes and a lost Dauphin and Alouette 3 winkyy.gif
