FSX - FSX Other Aircraft
FSX Pilotable Aircraft Carrier RFN Charles De Gaulle

Name: pilotable-cxr-charlesdegaulle.zip

FSX Pilotable Aircraft Carrier RFN Charles De Gaulle. The AI model has top payware quality and is made by Sylvain Parouty. His photorealistic and extremely detailed model carries ten aircraft on the flight deck and at least five in the hangar. This addon provides a pilotable ship with 2D panel as navigation bridge and the virtual views shows a detailed navigation bridge with crew, shown by five VC cameras. Ten external cameras allow you to explore the realistic ship. There are plenty of views of the flight deck and hangars with Rafale and Super Etendart fighter jets. Even two pilot cockpit views are included (Rafale and Super Etendart). This is a complete ship. Panel bitmaps and configuration by Erwin Welker.

Looks exciting. Of course, there is a difference between being land-able and my being able to do more than a touch and a bounce but maybe with a few more years experience I may yet get there!

WOW. It looks amazing. Pity the Ark doesn't have that level of detail.

Without a doubt , biggest thing being freeware makes it that extra special .. may get others interested into trying MPs as well

I'm a sucker for a moving runway, and that one is beautiful.
I do believe I am going to lock the door and start up That Sim, just to see ninja.gif

smile.gif One off the biggest things is simply that quality of the work, it is just , well words cannot explain, the good thing is the Great freeware aircraft , other than already mentioned the F8 Crusader and for the practice landings I maybe even Dino's Viking or even Milton,s Tracker.

She's a beautiful ship but should a World War break out France will still surrender...

Can they launch aircraft with the carrier going backwards? ... or would that be an Italian carrier?

Most all those are only for AI use, you can't use them in a multiplay, I have not had a go to figure out to modify them for MP use.
