ANZAC for me means: Australia & New Zealand Aviator Comradery. All kinds of Australian and New Zealand aircraft in harmony over Wellington!

Aircraft from left to right:

PMDG 747-400 with McPhat Qantas livery
Area51 C-17A Globemaster III
Default - F/A-18
Aircraft Factory - F-4U Corsair
Virtavia - F-4 Skyhawk
QualityWings - 757
PMDG - 777

Scenery is the beautiful Godzone Wellington area and REX4 for the other textures

Yes, we put the colonials in the Stirlings, as human shields for the Halibags, Lancasters and Wellingtons which could all fly much higher - esp the Wellies...

The Short Stirling was my first large model , an airfix kit on my 11th birthday, .... I do like that "we put the colonials in the Stirlings, as human shields" , there was a lot off questioning why 75.Sqn got the Stirling .

Is this the list of people who were flying and then transferred to a new aircraft or the ones that were killed while flying the aircraft?

That is the list of the ones killed , I'm guessing all RAF aircrew, generally the names have RAAF or RNZAF beside the names, the transition was done make 75 a New Zealand Squadron from Wellingtons to Stirlings, I did read that was a change not welcomed, quite often other crews flew that or the aircraft whiles one were rested or sent to OC units.
