Gos both ways .. and again the media mucks it up The RC-135 is a military version of a Boeing-707 :rolleyes: I'd trust the US of A before the current Russia, back to the Cold War again again , they were not that close either , not like the Norwegian P3 incident with a P-3 in the early 1990s off Archangel/Murmansk.

It would have been extra special had your Brother stopped here for meet and chin wag , one off the types that are very Very suited suited for screens .

Indeed Ian ..... we did try . his involvement is with the 135W , but not far away from the "U" . iTS a shame his posts didn't make it to the forum :( , because im sure captainsim (or someone) could do something with the information he can provide .. even if it is just external.

One question I did have him was how updated was the cockpit on the E/RC-135W compared to the original 135/707/717 series
