Did the Andover come from the 748 ? I know some 748's are referred to as Andovers .

The HS748 first in 1957 but seeing the potential in 1959 it went to a MF version the CC.Mk2 model was a 748 but names Andover.

The Hawker Siddeley HS 780 Andover is a twin-engined turboprop military transport aircraft produced by Hawker Siddeley for the Royal Air Force developed from the Avro-designed HS 748 airliner.
