Well since Paul started this , his FlightSim cooking show .. I'm going in experiential mode .. I'll type and write the ingreededs < not inbreads :P

Reason for this impromptu cooking class I thought I had a wrap of bacon .. but NO only two bacon steaks .. OK .. so off I go .. only one will be used tonight and if you don't here from me in the morning phone Paul to call the NZ paramedics .. more authentic ... whoops should not say that , Marty did a pretty great bloody job a year or so back :D

To my position and somewhat look the part ...

Changed me mind on the Rabbit-food, Salad stuff, 'cos the Sun has decided to go away again, and its gone all cloudy, all over... :( ....

So I just popped to Mr Sainsbury's, on my trusty Steed, and bought a pack of chilled, 8-pack of Lincolnshire Sausage Rolls (£1:85).
Will have two (or more) of them warmed up under the Grill, together with boiled potatoes, loads of vegetables...and my Special Gravy Sauce!
...I like Pastry!
All served on a nice, hot plate....with a proper knife and fork...like posh folks do...
A nice, warm, hearty meal, on a rather miserable day!

Paul...Gas Stove on...looking good...so far!... :D ...!

...and the final result... :D ...>>>

Waiting with baited breath, Owen!

Paella:

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/easy-paella/

Sounds like a terrific amount of work and cost involved!

I suppose our English equivalent would be called a; "Stew", or "Casserole", containing various meats, various vegetables, and herbs and spices....and lots of magic things...At least mine does...with Herby Suet Dumplings!!

Something occasionally I knock up, on cold days, for a big, tasty, heart-warming meal, with lots of servings!!

Paul.....FOOOD!..... :groupwave: ....!
