FTX NZSI Queenstown scenery issue

Postby frostynz » Sun Jul 05, 2015 2:27 pm

Hi Rob

Apologies if you have answered this 600 times previously.

As I start the takeoff roll at NZQN, the runway changes textures every couple 100 metres and after T/O , Lake Wakatipu changes it textures as you fly over it .... is this a fixable issue mate?

cheers Dave

The idea with the Godzone Subscription photoscenery is that if the installer finds FTX NZQN installed, it will install an aerial image with a hole in to show the FTX airport. If it doesn't find NZQN, it will activate an aerial image to fill the hole. It may be that this didn't happen for some reason?
You can check this, just go to Godzone\\GZ9347Photo\Scenery. There should be a file called Queenstown_photo, normally it is a .bgl, but for FTX NZQN users it should be .off.

Just change the file extension to .off if it is .bgl

If this isn't the case, get back to me.
