Not unusual for this to happen , go back to the late early 80s a Cessna took out a complete plane load (727) of people over San Diego , weird thing is both pilots Commercial and Private thought they were clear off traffic and wholip .. both planes crashed over the city .. very famous photo off the 727 going down in flames caught by joe public .
