I plumped for the RNZAF Herc over White Island, but can't help thinking I like the ones that never made it to the ball:

Great Barrier Island (or maybe Waiheke - on the way out):

Regardless of the final outcome, it's always great fun creating/selecting these comp entries. I can't see why more people don't enter!

Yeah, the screenshot comp can be used as a way to explore some places which you don't often get to -- I've visited a few islands myself this month.
So it's not as if it's a difficult task to enter the competition.

Great to see you posting again! I really should enter more screenie comps, it's been ages since I submitted one.

I may just have a nice photoreal Great Barrier Island before too long. Working on the whole of the Auckland region as a 60cm photoscenery.
