With saying that, obviously there is something wrong , not sure what sound card you have , but if you do have you tried the MS generic settings ?

I think if I was having all these sort of computer problems, for so long, I would decide to take up Fly Fishing instead...

...much more relaxing... ;) ...!

Lol yup sounds like a plan to me, Sound cards fine I will do some work next week and let you know how I get on. Ps yuck smelly old trout hehe

Hey you wont not believe it after this whole time no sound again from ATC and when you do missions you hear a faint engine noise till the person stops speaking which you can not hear.
:givein: Getting fed up with this issue. Tried reinstalling sound drivers this time no good. I don't know what to do again please help. I am at the stage to go to P3D and forget it.

I've just completed a re-install off OS and FSX , not a backup , complete slate wiped on two separate HDs , not a divided HD , I'm being to wonder if it with remembering there was another file installed at some stage , if everything is on one HD that could be the cause as well.

Yes I see what you mean. Well I am looking further into P3D. I do like FSX and I will keep it but see what P3D has to offer. :cheers:
