..in the lower regions this morning... :wink2: ...!

Last nights Beef Madras Curry Supper.... :blink: ...!

In a Saucepan with Virgin Olive Oil:

Cubed Stewing Steak, (pre-browned).
Chopped Red Onion.
Crushed Garlic.
Red and Green Chillies.
Sliced mixed Peppers.
Cubed Potato.
Chopped Tomato.
Patak's Madras Curry Paste.
Coconut Milk.

..and anything else I can think of... :D ...!

Placed in a bed of Long Grain and Wild Rice.

Sumptuous!.... :rockon: ....!

Mr Paul's Caffee , a Madras , a nice way to finish an even with super hot fresh bread buns or sticks !

..toasted, sliced Garlic Butter French Stick, together with a glass of chilled Dandelion and Burdock was the order of the evening, Ian... :cheers: ...!

My USA Chums are fascinated with my photos and recipes of typical British-type meals, as opposed to their regular McDonald's Beef Burgers (with cheese and fries), etc!... :wink2: ...!

Paul...I love cooking...almost as much as my Motorbike!... :lol: ...!

...I'm not too fond of dusting and Hoovering!... :unsure: ...!
