Even a grumpy old cynic like me would be moved by the uncaptioned, understated and elegant banner. Classy job, guys.

Thanks Rob, It an amazing piece of history, the technical development, the dumbness and the real typical colonial thinking of the period and the thought.

Marty , tho not been in the New Zealand armed services, I do get drawn to the history, I was amazed to here the statistics off people going to the morning parades around the country, I've only ever been to four off them but least I can contribute in this way, one off the biggest things all this is not far from my regular days of thinking, this show in my artwork dating back pre computer days.

I still remember my Father's war buddies John Bulma and Mat Matterson from the Korean War, there were a few others but between those two, got to find out what is was like, one thing my dad said and stuck in my brain case how they got the stew slosh and desert all mix in "bloody field kitchens" .. then told it wasn't half bad .. spose its a like this fancy cooking today.
