All the "gone "people

Postby Splitpin » Mon Sep 05, 2016 7:18 pm

I've been sitting here tonight feeling sorry for myself .... its almost 2 years since the old man passed away ... and the same for an old friend .
But then I thought ... get over your sorry self ... Ím still here , and intend to be for sometime ... just to piss you all off
What will be , will be ...but ...I miss my old man , and I miss my good friend ....

Stick with it Marty I lost both my parents many years ago but the lose earlier this year is still a bit raw and will take a little more time to get over.
I still get the odd days when I still really feel it and have to try and find something to take my mind off it.

Maybe its just me?.... ....

...but I tend not to dwell on; "Things".

I think that; "Things Happen", and its the way of life!

My dear old Mum and Dad passed-away at the age of 90 in 1990...

There's nothing we can do to change it...

...and I'm still here...thankfully.......annoying/humouring everyone around me!... ...!

Paul.... :D ...!

"Dwelling" results in "Depressing", and serves no useful purpose!...trust me!..... :wink2: ...!

Cure: Cook yourself a fantastic meal, together with a cool glass (or two) of Beer.!..... ...!
