Pretty sure i have to take it out and put it on the tray .... just dont wont to hold anybody up.
My brother flew up this morning and had all sorts of problems with the detector machines ..... turns out he has metal shanks (whatever that means ) in his boots
So when we come back on Sunday , he will be in socks

Take it out and put it in the tray. Ipad's are fine.

Depends on the strength of the detector. Sometimes I get stopped othertimes I don't yet wearing the same clothes
