We are passing the Hoover Dam down the right side of the aircraft now and we're gonna be landing in Lost Wages in just a few moments. For those of us who like to keep our scenery pure and unadulterated :rolleyes: There is not much choice for this comp :lol:

Aerosoft Consolidated PBY Catalina dropping down over the Mangakino Dam and hydro Power stations on its way in to land on the Waikato River to pick up and take some of the locals on scenic flights.

Its a good very good worked out screen but sadly does not qualify for the competition.

:rules: :rules: :rules: 2) Some editing is allowed (if you know how to do it.) Additional images - either screenshots or "real" images can be added - but the main component of the image should always be of a Flight sim screen capture.

Dani , thru this region more known as The Mackenzie Country is very wind swept and tussock, named after a sheep rustler/thief in the mid 1800s, think the old story he manage and to seem to disappear with them or something along those lines.

Nice one Les .. and a different angle dose help ... ME I always think Dams :unsure: what to do with them , have this bad habbit of wanting to blow them up for some reason.

DAM that is a very New Zealand screen, so Brilliant , it is amazing the man made water ways and channels that feed the lakes, simply even looking at the structure of those are impressive .. Superb Screen Bob B-)

A little question, does it have to be in New Zealand or can it be anywhere in the world with a dam? (not going for the usual suspects)

I'm wondering if I've got the time to composite something together or go straight with the main idea I have :thumbup:

Any hydro dam dose not have to be a NZ hydro dam can be from anywhere in the world as long as it is a genuine hydro dam.
