WELL ! .. 'Cory' down the back flat is really hooking into his home brewing , BEER , this evening he dropped off NINE LITERS of Mexican home brew beer , CRIKEY ! , I did a taste test and WOW , Maybe just what the doctor ordered , tho I would not like to clean up 2 liters in one session , the drink ' is very nice ... could possibly blow ones brains out .... OH WHAT THE HELL ! .. maybe a better medicine, I have it in the Chiller for a true taste test tomorrow .. Crikey NINE LITERS ! .. BURP , Stop in with plastic bottles for the fill up .... forgot to mention ... left a tank here brewing with another 4 liters ready to bottle.

Cory is only new to this 'Brewing' thing , not sure if he has a hydrometer to test the alcohol content , he wanted me to do the test so I thought what better way to test to start at 10.30 this morning .... I think he may need to change his recipe now 12.30 .... one 1.5 liter bottle should have had a serious affect .. this was a test after all ... So I've drunk two 1.5 Litre bottles and and half a three Litre now without any affect at all ! .... CRIKEY , when I was home brewing 30 years back one 750 standard beer bottle would have you sideways .
