Early Xmas Day Morning.....

The Corn-fed Chicken is basking in the heat of my gas oven, wrapped in bacon, and surrounded by roast potatoes and sausages wrapped in smoky bacon!

Just preparing all the various vegetables in their saucepans....

Sauces and spices all ready, with a magnificent thick gravy....

And all aided with copious quantities of glasses of assorted Vino!

Its going to be a busy day for me today, with lots of fun in my kitchen!

In the meantime, I wish all my NZ FF Chums a Very Merry Xmas!

Have fun, everyone!

Paul..... :xmas: ...... .....!

Merry Xmas all and a simmingly good New Year.
I managed to miss it completely this year. I left LA on the 24th and arrived AKL on the 26th.
I just need to sort the same trip out for my birthdays!!

It could not have been a better Christmas, great thing with it, gets so quite while introducing a new friend, diffidently ideal time, one off the thing I started thinking of was the typical neglect some of peoples pets get .

A certain type of female Dog for company would be good for me?.... ....

But I haven't got the patience to feed them, water them, take them for long regular walks, and collect all the crap.... ...!

So I always decide against the idea!.... :wink2: ...!

It takes too much dedication!

(I pet/stroke other folks dogs instead).... :wink2: ...!

Paul...Woof woof.... B-) ...!

The day after Boxing Day.....

...and its still Xmas Diners on the go!

I've got so much Chicken stuff left over, that I've prepared a MASSIVE Chicken Casserole, with everything, for Wednesday's Dins!

...and most of the Baileys Irish Cream has been consumed in the preparation!....HIC!

All this cooking stuff is fantastic!

Paul.... ....!
