As per the title .... its had its ups and downs , but all in all not a bad year.
I hope that 2017 will be kind to you all .
I will be fast asleep when the new year arrives , as I have been for the last 10 or so , but , if you are one of those too see it in .... lift a glass for me .

Cor Blimey!

...its...2017!

I woke up this morning expecting to see a clear blue sky with a warm sun shining down, Dorothy dancing, and Bluebirds flying everywhere!

Instead.... its just like 2016....

Cold, wet, and bloody miserable in England...

What a flippin' let-down!

Maybe a large glass of Irish Cream, left over from last night's celebrations may help.....and Dorothy.... ...!

Happy New Year Everyone!

Paul.... ....!

Too right, Paul - I was up just on daybreak and put my head out the window - and everything looked just the same as it did last year - total mouldy swiz, if you ask me.... :o

Me?.....

On New-years Eve, I snuggled up warm and cosy, (gas-fired Central Heating), in my bed at 11:00 PM and watched some You-Tube USA Motorcycle rides on my Nexus 7 Tablet...

...at Midnight, three fireworks went-off outside, on the estate, and that was the welcome to 2017....

To me, every new day is much the same as any other day....

...nuffink changes!

2017...and its tipping down with rain....the same as it did in 2016.

Apparently...all this "Date" malarkey has something to do with a Pope called "Gregory", and some bloke called "Jesus".... ....., who was born in the year zero......they reckon?

Me...I'm something left over from the "Big Bang"...a long time ago!.... ...!

Paul....Timeless.... :P ...!

Its going to be a good year for all the various Construction Folks, building; "The Great Wall Of Donnie" between Mexico and the Southern USA.

Perhaps we can donate a bucket of concrete and a few bricks?.... ....!

In Great Britain, we are dredging the English Channel to make it deeper.... :wink2: ...!
