NAC book is really good
Strait across
Classic aircraft of New Zealand
Winging it
Precious metal

That is a good collection, your right its a real shame but I guess it costs to much to keep a book in production. I had thought about writing a book about Wellington airport but it was
silly money to get the book printed.

One thing with something like that, is years and even decades of research, you also have to have a passion for writing .. bore the Pe-Jeez outta me.

It can be I guess it depends on how interested you are on the subject and your willing to follow it though with years or research. I must admit I could not do that.

It is a connection thing , some books are simply brought, glanced through but never read until you need the source, already thinking ahead , the amount of times I go back to my library, they do not sit idle .. one was a Classic , book 'Camera at Sea 1939-1945' it is a photo history of every Navy during WWII , You really get to know every detail, if you don't have enough information , source another book on the weapons and design, from there you compare and if information is incorrect go looking for another book.
