It amazes me in the last 100 years how far us humans have gotten in technology, There is two things that I wished they could do cure the common cold and change the weather
so that every weekend was hot and sunny. It should be a rule at the end of a hard working week and the weekend comes it should be hot sun shine no exceptions B-) B-) B-)

"It amazes me in the last 100 years how far us humans have gotten in technology" .... me too, have you considered the fact that, we may not have got this far alone? ... just saying.
When you consider the Wright brothers and the advances in aviation alone since then .....

But my weekend is changeable, so I want it to be fine on all my weekends. Which will make it sunny all the time :P

Well, Dad was born in 1913 - right at the start of the Air Age. Us kids arrived at various dates between 1943 and 1956, so it was already the Jet Age to which we belonged. In 1957 we were all listening to Sputnik beeping on the wireless (radio wasn't invented then  ) My daughter, the first grandchild, was born in 1971, over two years after Man first set foot on the Moon. Time flies, alright

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

In some ways I am lucky, due the fact I don't get out that much, I'm not really in contact with people to get a cold or flu, when the weather turn's it for the worst, I can stay inside and draw my heart away or be here, .. the down side is when I want to go anywhere a spur of the moment I have to be bloody careful , 'The Future' it must/can get better .. mean time just keep doing and thinking.

I totally agree but I would be a bit concerned when Summer comes along, maybe not this one but the next we will never get paid. But we could always say during spring and summer no more paying bills.
we would save thousands :D
